DreamFit Privacy Policy

Effective 19 October 2026. "DreamFit" means the app DreamFit: AI Coach, published by Mehmet Aksel Tulezoglu ("we").

The short version

DreamFit has no accounts. Your workouts, meals, weights and Apple Health data live on your iPhone. When you use an AI feature, what you give that feature is sent through our server to Anthropic's Claude to get an answer. Our server does not keep it. We keep a small record that tells us your copy of the app is genuine, which subscription you have, and how many AI requests you have used this month.

What stays on your iPhone

Your training log, programmes, food log, body weight, targets, settings and backups are stored on your iPhone; your Apple Health data stays on this iPhone only. DreamFit does not copy your data to iCloud. Apple Health data is never sent to us or to anyone else by DreamFit.

What leaves your iPhone, and why

When you use an AI feature (analysing a meal or a nutrition label, writing a programme, the weekly coach, the coach chat, a quick question) DreamFit sends only what that feature needs:

• Meal analysis: the meal photo and the note you typed with it.
• Label reading: the label photo.
• Programme: your goal, schedule, equipment, injuries, injury note and best lifts.
• Weekly coach and chat: the week's sessions, sets, notes and ratings, including joint-pain ratings and areas, your injuries, your injury note, your equipment, your messages and the editable part of your programme.
• Quick question: your question, the exercise name, your equipment and the joints you protect.

DreamFit asks your permission before the first of these is sent, and you can withdraw it at any time in Settings > DreamFit Pro > AI data sharing. We never send your name, Apple ID, e-mail address, location, body weight, height, age, or Apple Health data.

To check that the app is genuine and to count your allowance DreamFit's server receives: a public key and an Apple attestation for your iPhone's secure key, a one-way hash of a random identifier stored in your iPhone's Keychain (your iPhone signs it into its attestation), the app version, and, if you subscribe, Apple's signed record of your subscription (product, dates, original transaction number). Apple's App Store sends us notifications about your subscription (renewal, expiry, refund).

When you search for a food or scan a barcode the search words or the barcode number are sent to Open Food Facts or the USDA FoodData Central service.

What our server keeps

• Your device record: a hash of your key id, the public key, Apple's attestation receipt, a counter, the hash of the install identifier, the app version. Kept until you delete it (Settings > DreamFit Pro > Delete my server record) or you have not used DreamFit for 13 months.
• After you delete your device record we keep two things so that deleting cannot be used to get a second free preview: a one-way hash of the install identifier and the free-preview counters. They are removed 400 days after you last used DreamFit.
• Your subscription record: a hash of your original transaction number, the product, the dates, the state, and how many AI requests you used in each month. Kept while you are subscribed and for 45 days after.
• A request id, the feature and the cost of each AI request, for 45 days, so that a retry is not counted twice and so that we can cap cost.
• To limit abuse of the free preview, a one-way hash of your network address prefix, salted with the day, for 48 hours. We cannot recover your address from it.
• Daily totals (requests, tokens and cost by feature and model), with no identifiers.

We do not keep your photos, notes, messages, programme text or the answers. We do not write them to logs. We do not store IP addresses. We have no advertising, no analytics SDK and no tracking, and we do not sell or share data.

What Anthropic does

Anthropic's Claude produces the answers. It receives the content of each request from our server and handles it under Anthropic's own terms. Anthropic processes each request only to produce the answer, does not use it to train its models under its commercial terms, and may keep inputs and outputs for up to 30 days to monitor abuse. Anthropic does not receive your name, Apple ID, e-mail address or iPhone IP address from DreamFit.

Where your data goes

Our server runs on Cloudflare and Anthropic's service runs in the United States, so what you send to an AI feature is processed outside your country. The legal basis is your consent, which you give before the first AI request and can withdraw at any time in Settings > DreamFit Pro > AI data sharing. Mehmet Aksel Tulezoglu is the controller of the data described in this policy.

Others involved

Apple provides the App Store, in-app purchase and App Attest. Cloudflare hosts our server and processes network requests to deliver it. Anthropic provides the AI. Open Food Facts and USDA FoodData Central provide food data. Each handles data under its own policy.

Your choices

• Withdraw AI data sharing: Settings > DreamFit Pro > AI data sharing.
• Delete our record of your iPhone: Settings > DreamFit Pro > Delete my server record. Your subscription stays with your Apple Account; cancel it in Settings > your name > Subscriptions.
• Delete the data on your iPhone: delete the app.
• Ask us anything or ask for a record to be removed: appstudiomat@gmail.com. Give the support code from Settings > DreamFit Pro so we can find the record.
• Without any AI feature, DreamFit works fully offline and sends nothing to our server.

Children

DreamFit is not directed to children under 13.

Not medical advice

DreamFit is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting a training or nutrition programme, especially with an injury or a health condition.

Changes

If we change what is sent or kept, we will update this page and the date above, and the app will ask again before sending anything new.
