- What does DreamFit Pro include?
- The AI features: meal analysis from a photo or a line of text, programme writing, the weekly coach and chat, and quick questions during a workout. Each month you can use up to 180 meal analyses, 3 programmes and 9 coach messages, plus up to 120 quick questions and summaries. The allowance resets every month on the day you subscribed and does not carry over.
- Which plans are there?
- DreamFit Pro Monthly and DreamFit Pro Yearly, in one subscription group. The price in your own currency is shown on the plan screen before you confirm, and you can change between the two in Settings > your name > Subscriptions.
- What is free?
- Everything else: the set logger, history, food search and barcodes, targets, Apple Health, export and backup. Each iPhone also gets a one-time preview of 5 meal analyses and 1 programme with no purchase.
- How do I cancel?
- Settings > your name > Subscriptions > DreamFit Pro, or open DreamFit > Settings > DreamFit Pro > Manage Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge.
- How do I restore my subscription?
- DreamFit > Settings > DreamFit Pro > Restore Purchases, signed in to the same Apple Account.
- I have a new phone or reinstalled the app.
- Install DreamFit, open Settings > DreamFit Pro and tap Restore Purchases. A backup file does not carry your subscription or your AI connection; those are re-created.
- "DreamFit's AI service is not available here."
- DreamFit uses Apple's App Attest to confirm that the app is genuine. A few devices cannot do this. Logging, history and everything else work as before, and you can use your own Claude key under Settings > Advanced.
- How do I delete my data?
- Settings > DreamFit Pro > Delete my server record removes our record of your iPhone. Deleting the app removes the data on your iPhone. See the Privacy Policy.
